Iced Hibiscus Latte

Hello you guys!

You want a drink. Water? Too boring. Juice? Too processed. Okay, you're left with coffee- either you can't tolerate (or don't want) any caffeine at the moment. What's left? Tea!

Tea?

Tea! Yes, how about an iced hibiscus latte with honey cold foam?

Iced Hibiscus Latte

  • 2 hibiscus tea bags
  • 2 tsp sugar OR 3 packets stevia
  • 1/2 cup choice of milk (I use vanilla soy milk)
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream (or cream of choice, you can also use coconut or even hazelnut cream)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
In a mason jar, pour boiling water halfway. Then, add in tea bags and let steep for about five minutes.

While your tea steeps and cools down, make the honey cold foam. In a bowl, add your cream, honey, and vanilla extract. Whipp by hand or with a mixer until extra thick.

Add in ice to the mason jar until it's 1/4th full, and mix to cool down more. Then, add in your sugar and milk of choice, then mix again. Slowly pour in your cold foam on top. Add a straw if desired and enjoy!
