Chocolate Chip Swirl Cookies

 Hello to you all!

Today I will be sharing my chocolate chip swirl cookies recipe! They are a simple, easy treat that is fluffy inside and crunchy on the bottom, with a soft top.

Chocolate Chip Swirl Cookies

Yields around 30 cookies
  • 3 cups flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2/3 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • ~ 1/4 cup water

Grease your pans and heat up the oven to 350 F.

In a large bowl, combine all wet and dry ingredients. Only incorporate 1 cup of the semi-sweet chocolate, and leave the rest of both chocolates out of the mix. Mix until well combined into a thick dough.

Next, with a spoon or scooper, scoop out the dough and place them in the pan (4x3). Bake for around 12 minutes or until golden brown.

While your cookies cool, melt the white and semi-sweet chocolates in separate cups/bowls.

When your cookies are cooled, dip one-half into the semi-sweet chocolate. Grab a bit of white chocolate and place a small glob onto the semi-sweet chocolate. Swirl around the chocolate until marbled and let sit still until dry. Serve and enjoy!
